Job position / Required competencies:
The customer is looking for a very strong Testing manager, Medior skills.Target systems are mainly cobol applications and some packages
Certification in the classic range og testing (minimum 2 or 3 certifications).Large experience in Banking sector

Key responsabilities
Leadership and capacity management
Manage a testing team of about 15-20 FTEs (likely 3000-4000 testing mandays)
Prepare a master test plan for the testing of data migration and for the testing of functional enhancements (IT and UAT testing)

Track testing progress and report to PMO
Target systems are mainly cobol applications and some packages

Level:
+ 5 years experience

Languages required:
Trilingual: Dutch - French - English
